Paul Dyde founded this consultancy with a singular vision: to translate the labyrinth of transport regulation into a clear, actionable competitive advantage for logistics firms. The Professional Behind The Business
Paul's journey began behind the wheel of a HGV, rising through the ranks to Director level. Giving him a granular understanding of operations that most consultants lack. This "boots-on-the-ground" experience, paired with executive-level strategy, makes his counsel uniquely actionable.
In addition to Paul's wealth of knowledge of the Transport industry. He also has extensive experience as an accomplished trainer in the industry and is a Certified Lead Auditor, conducting several ISO Standards and British Standards Audits.
Over the years Paul has been an Operations & Compliance Manager, Project Manager, Transport Manager and General Manager of some prestigious companies in the UK. Most recently, he became the Global Awards Transport Auditor of the Year 2024.
In 2001 he co-founded a successful specialist recruitment company of which he was a Director for 12 years - Successfully awarded Investors In People in 2004 (Bronze).
Today, he conducts transport compliance audits and standards audits, he has supported Transport Operators in preparation for public inquiries, helping others put things right to try avoiding the potential revocation of their licence. Paul works with operators who have regular reviews of their business to ensure they are doing what they can to follow "Best Practice". He has also created and delivers a DVSA / JAUPT approved Tansport Manager Refersher course for the British Association of Removers.
